1. Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Your eligibility for a refund depends on the timing of your cancellation, as outlined below:
More than 30 days before the cruise departure date: You will receive a full refund, minus any applicable booking fees.
Between 15 and 30 days before the cruise departure date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total cruise price.
Less than 15 days before the cruise departure date: No refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
2. Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we need to cancel your cruise due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather disruptions, natural disasters, or any other factors beyond our control, we will offer a full refund of your cruise price. We will notify you promptly and provide options to reschedule your cruise or receive a full refund.
3. Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to make any changes to your booking (e.g., changing the cruise dates, upgrading your cabin, etc.), please contact us at least 15 days prior to the cruise departure. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refunds are subject to applicable bank or payment processing fees, which may be deducted from the refunded amount.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as travel insurance, processing fees, or special services (e.g., shore excursions, pre-paid non-refundable activities), may not be refundable once paid. These terms will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
